Delivery Policy
Dispatch time of products:
Once, customer place an order of any product which is confirm on our website, Our team start working on that order. Sales and packages department handles every process and dispatches the order as soon as possible with in 48 hr. or two working days.
After dispatch the order of a product, we will make sure the order will received as soon as possible. Time totally depends on delivery company. It will maximum 7 working day depends on distance between the parties.
Replacement Policy
In order to protect the customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or missing parts, etc. We are offering 48 hours of replacement time from the time of delivery. You agree that it is your responsibility to inform us by our communication methods about the damaged product or package by sending media files (photos and videos) of the package or product. Our technical team will inspect and verify the details visually and will issue a replacement order. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund to you. You agree that if you don’t raise a complaint by informing us by our communication methods against the damage and faulty product or package obtained by you with proof in the given time period, we are not responsible for the replacement of the product or package. Furthermore, no replacement will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
